We Fund Futures
At the Marie Barney Boston Scholarship Foundation, we give scholarships to deserving students who have financial limitations holding them back. Our awards pave the way for teens to keep pursuing their academic dreams.
Who We Help
We look for promising high school seniors and college students who have already shown grit to succeed in their studies and care about making a difference through Church or community-based activities including everything from singing in the church’s choir to volunteering at local hospitals. We want to fuel their potential even more!
What We Provide
Financial Assistance – We offer a scholarship which is renewable per year prior to receiving the BS/BA degree or certification based on funding.
Guidance – We also match students with mentors who guide them in leadership skills to lift others.
‘A Launch Pad’ – Scholarship recipients gain a solid foundation to finish their degree and launch them to make make an impact in their community!
